Casa delle Fragole can sleep up to ten guests comfortably in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in a separate bedroom in the main house, with two bathrooms in total, accommodating 6 guests. In the garden is a little cottage that was renovated on 2022, which will have two double beds and accommodates an additional 4 guests.
Casa delle Fragole maintains many of its unique Tuscan features such as wooden beams, stone features, beautiful old fireplace and terracotta floors. The villa is laid out over two floors, connected by both an internal open wooden staircase and a beautiful external Tuscan stone staircase.
The villa is spacious (160 square meters) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and the little cottage can accommodate an additional 4 people.
From the main entrance on the ground floor, one accesses the large living room, which features a large open fire place, very cozy for cold winter evenings. The living room is complete with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and sound system, featured by the available WiFi / Bluetooth connection. Also on the ground floor you find the fully equipped kitchen with dining table.
There is a cute separate store room and a downstairs toilet.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of two double bedrooms, one adjacent bedroom with a sofabed for 2 people and two bathrooms with shower and bath. The bedrooms have air conditioning units.
The little cottage that is renovated in 2021, has two double beds, a small bathroom, kitchenette and seating area. It also has its own little terrace.
